Health Centre Opening Hours

Please do not ring between 1.00 and 2.00pm unless it is an emergency as we are closed for lunch.

WHEN THE SURGERY IS CLOSED

In an emergency, you can:

• Ring the Preston Primary Care Centre 01772 788058 based at the Royal Preston Hospital. Your call will be taken by an experienced nurse who will obtain full details and provide advice, offer a consultation with a GP at PCC, or arrange a home visit if necessary. Please remember this service is for medical emergencies only.

 

• Dial 999 for an ambulance.

 

• Go straight to the accident and emergency department at Blackpool Victoria Hospital, Preston Royal Infirmary or Royal Lancaster Infirmary.

 

• Advice can also be given by the NHS Direct service on 0845 4647 or online at www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk.

DISABLED FACILITIES

Two disabled parking slots are available for car parking, and wheelchairs are available for getting into the surgery which is all on one level. A disabled toilet facility is also available and a loop system is installed.

PARKING

Car parking is available in the surgery grounds; however, please respect the disabled parking areas. Also please park considerately if parking on the road.
